On May 24, 2023, my fellow marketing assistant coworker, Haley, and I participated in a housing campaign at the Auburn University Melton Student Center for Camp War Eagle 2023.

On March 3, 2023, the Hotel at Auburn and Dixon Conference Center banquet staff prepared to welcome a college basketball team to campus with a buffet and onsite pasta bar.

On January 12, 2023, my banquet trainer, Ginny, and I worked together to prepare a dinner buffet for a group staying at the Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center

Eagles West Apartments - MA

On August 12, 2022, the Eagles West Apartments staff concluded their two week turn period by welcoming over two hundred new residents to their property on their annual move-in day.

Job Occupations and Responsibilities

Marketing Assistant
Eagles West Apartments

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to all residents, prospects and visitors to the community.

  • General office administration

  • Effectively lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines

  • Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents

  • Conduct outside marketing under the direction of the Assistant Manager and the Community Manager

  • Coordinate the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications and background checks

  • Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation and signatures

  • Ensure the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection

  • Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms, promote the annual renewal campaign for the community, manage lease renewals and complete lease documents

  • Daily Opening and Closing Procedures

Banquet Server

Responsibilities

  • Attend to, assist, and entertain all the guests and clients in a respectable, professional, and efficient manner.

  • Ensure that all the specifications outlined on the Banquet Event Order are taken notice of and acted on accordingly.

  • Have a clear understanding of the daily and weekly events and plans of actions for the corresponding events. Attend meetings with banquet staff members, to further discuss future events, performances, and feedback sessions.

  • Ensure that all the required food and beverage items used for an event or future events are properly stored, transported, presented, used and cleared.

  • Respond to guest feedback or requests and either immediately assist the guest or seek guidance from the banquet supervisor.
